As they say, you don’t get a more intelligent and wiser person than someone who has just finished school — the same can certainly be said of a dedicated student. Juan has taken on the role of educating and training our office staff, generously sharing the fresh knowledge and practical skills he has gained through his studies (while reminding us all that textbooks do, in fact, have a purpose).
Juan has recently completed his NQF Level 3 and has qualified as a Chartered Bookkeeper with the ICB. Never one to rest on his laurels, he is currently hard at work on his NQF Level 4. His enthusiasm for learning, combined with his willingness to pass that knowledge on, makes him a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.
Arthur FLEERMUYS “Vlermuis”
Arthur joined our team in late 2023, fresh out of school and eager to learn. While they say you can’t get wiser than someone fresh with new ideas, Arthur quickly realized there’s always more to discover! Since then, he’s become a pro at capturing all our purchase invoices and is continuously expanding his skills every day.
Pricilla is appointed as our Compliance Officer and plays a key role in ensuring that our clients remain fully compliant with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Act (FIA), the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA), and the Namibia Revenue Agency (NAMRA). She works closely with clients to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory deadlines, and uphold statutory obligations.
In addition to her professional role, Pricilla is currently studying Office Administration and is expected to complete her degree in December 2026, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to professional excellence.
Martha has joined our team to further her career as a Bookkeeper. She brings with her a wealth of experience gained from reputable organisations such as Shoprite and Furnmart. With a strong work ethic, she is eager to learn and passionate about the accounting and bookkeeping industry.
Martha will be responsible for the processing of bookkeeping records and will work closely with Flermuis to ensure the efficient completion of daily tasks and the delivery of accurate and reliable financial information.
